I do believe this saying, because if you love someone your emotions are tied to them, and there for they have the ability to hurt you, the emotions running so high take such a drastic drop at that precise moment you hate. If you didn't care for the person on such a level the things they do doesn't affect your life as much.

you can't really HATE someone unless u loved him or her before.. and yes it's a thin line.. especially when u love someone so much and so innocently and then something happens and it all changes to hate ... peace
