No sin is greater than the other, God says only divorce if your spouse is having sex outside of your marriage. BUT if you are married to a drug addict and wife beater you should try and get them to a therapist or into rehab, or talk to the police.

ALL sins are the same in the eyes of THE GOD!

Staying married is without doubt WRONG!
The GOD does not want wife beater or child beaters AT ALL!

Matthew 12:31 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy [against] the [Holy] Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.

To God sin is sin period... there is only one unforgivable sin... blasphemy of the Holy Ghost..

However if your husband was beating you... also Jesus said a husband should love his wife as He loves the church and He gave himself for the church.... You should never stay in a relationship that is abusive nor brings any honor to God through your marriage.

Neither is the greater sin.
All sin is an abomination to God.
Both would be treated the same.

However, staying in the marriage and denying the extra-curricular lusts is no sin at all.

Divorce isn't a sin for Christians. Remarriage after divorce is. So if you are being beaten, no matter what your religion says, you should divorce. Unfortunately, if you are Christian, you can't remarry, but being alone is much preferable to being in an abusive marriage.

The only sin you can't be forgiven from is suicide. We all need to be loved, But we also need respect! If you can't find peace in you surroundings move on. What has caused you to linger in this relationship for all this crap? If someone has wronged you like this guy has, Why are you giving him more chances?

All sin is equal in God's eyes. No sin is gretaer than the other. Swearing is the same or equal to murdering.

Neither is a sin. The second one is a major mistake and will lead to the most suffering.

No one can answer that. The answer lays in your heart and mind. Somehow I think you are in category two.

My parents stayed together for the kids. Stupid of them. We hated both.

I was married for many years but would no longer put up with the things she was dishing out.

No one can aswer that. If it is bad, get out, I did.
