it's right under my underarms and it hurst when I try to lift up my arm. this morning I felt a small lump under it and its just very sensitive right now . anyone have any clue before I go see a doctor?

It's probably a deep zit (aka Cyst) if you see a doctor, they can lance it, and drain the pus. Or you can let time take it's course and your body should take care of it like any other zit in about a week.

Lymph nodes can be quite painful and are found under your arm. But you have to take into consideration especially if you are a female of all the other possibilities! I wouldn't waste time seeing my doctor!

Sounds like a lymph node....a glandular thing. You've picked up some sort of infection. Probably easily curable.

you should have it checked out by a doctor as soon as possible.

it's an infection or a bruise unless it's rock hard, then its cancer
