I wouldnt recommend it - I think if you cant get KY, get another proper lubricant...there's normally somewhere you can get KY from at any time of day or night & a lot of substitutes rot rubber.

I have used margarine ( not that brand ) and although it will work and let him slip in nice and easy it melts quick and is very messy
and it takes some washing off / out later

No, it breaks rubber down if you're using a skin and makes your **** smell like corn on the cob if not... Stay away or just make sure they have bad diarrhoea, et voila! Constant lube!
