Draft beer is taken from what is left over in the vat having a fuller body of flavor.Depending on the brewery, draft beer isn't nearly filtered as much as bottled beer.And of course draft beer is kept in sealed kegs usually in a cool,somewhat dark place.Draft beer that is aged turns into ale over time.

The MAJOR dif to me is that draft beer gets me really sick and bottled beer doesn't. Some people say it's the CO2 that leaks into the beer. Some say not. I just say, gimme a light in a bottle, pleeeeeeeze!

Draft beer is still living. Most American bottled beers and exported beers from Europe have been pasteurized. Draft is better.
