You are asking a question with many possible answers, basically, under the age of 18 you take any kind of photographs that are sexual in nature, be it said photographs are intended for you, or someone else, no matter what age, as long as the intent is to arouse or gratify anyone sexually, you have the basic elements of an offense right there. The situation could easily be aggravated by contributing factors such as your boyfriends age, and if you think about it YOU YOURSELF SAID YOU WOULD ONLY BE TAKING THE PICS BECAUSE YOUR BOYFRIEND PRESSURED YOU INTO IT, so that in itself is an offense.......my best advise is don't do it, you don't want to open the gate that leads down that path.......good luck.

It sure is against the law. You do know it is. You just lost 5 points for nothing. You will go to jail for 3 months.

Depends on your state and its purpose.

Nude photos of underage children does not necessarily make it pornographic. Check out Barne's and Noble they have plenty of books with nude kids in it.

The test would be in its purpose. Does it depict something that would be construed to be sexual? If the answer is yes then you would technically be in possession of child porn.

Probaly not-unless you are a man, but you should be. The hpilippines gov. will in that country. A woman is eqaul to a man for such crimes there.

think twice before you do that again. Remember that you do not know who is on the other side of that camera or who is viewing things. What kind of boyfriend is that? THINK BEFORE YOU DO THINGS

You can't be charged with anything. If your boyfriend goes around showing it to other people then he can get in trouble.
