No, not at all. After a divorce they are again single and free to go right out and do it again :-)

that person would not be an adulterer if he/she left thier spouse because they were cheating on them. God does not want divorvces, but if a spose cheats, then it is all right to get a divorce. also, if a spose is hurting another spouse, the hurt spouse has a right to divorce. the only way they would be adulterers was if they left their spouse for no good reason and left just to be with a person who was in their mind, more attractive or more suiting to be their new spouse.
ex:
have you seen The Diary of a Mad Black Woman
this nice woman literally gets kicked adn dragged out of her own house because her husband cheated on her for a younger woman. the husband would be an adulterer.
ps c the movie, its good, but its a chick flick

For most people- no. For yourself- you have to decide whether you feel that you had a good reason to divorce, whether you have made a complete separation with your ex, whether your new marriage is a full commitment. There are people who believe that the only proper grounds for divorce is if either spouse has cheated and if you are one of these people, then re-marrying after a divorce for any other reason would be a sin for you.
For people other than yourself- judge not.

Well I was always with the understanding that once the divorce is finalized each person goes there own way and free to go out with who ever they want.
A person is only an adulter if they have an affair while they are still married. That goes for unmarried couples too. Cheating is cheating no matter how you look at it.

No, yet on the different hand, if that individual commited adultery even as being married the first time round and develop into the reason of the chop up and remarries, then certain, that individual is accountable two times over.

All sin is forgiveable by God through Jesus. So if someone is divorced and remarries and they are both Christians and have asked for and received forgiveness, their marriage is sacred and not adulteress. All sin is forgiveable except for the sin against the Holy Ghost, the so called unpardonable sin.

It would depend on the circumstances. Some marriages can be annulled which means they never existed. Otherwise one who was married in a valid Christian ceremony and even some civil ceremonies with the proper intent are still married in the eyes of God despite their legal status.

According to the Bible, yes it is adultery. We should only get married once unless your spouse dies. That is what God intends for us. Unfortunately, there are bad relationships. I think the person that gets divored really needs to pray to God about it before jumping into a new relationship.

YES, while the wife or hubby is STILL alive. Unless the wife or hubby died, remarried is a proper thing godly and that God pleases.

if you get married in a church, God's house, and then get a divorce through the legal system.. any sex that you have with a different person is considered adultry.
if you get married in a church, God's house, and have the church annul your marriage (very difficult i hear).. any sex that you have with a different person is NOT considered adultry.
if you do not believe in god / organized religion, then any sex you have is ok as long as you wear a condom and dont spread diseases and pregnancy.
