Why do we wash bath towels? Aren't we clean when we use them?

It's up to you but I don't want to wipe my face in the same place that I wiped my bottom yesterday no matter how clean the towel is or I am. LOL

A number of reasons.
First of all they get wet and then they start to smell because of the dampness.
Secondly, when we dry ourselves we also rub off dead skin cells which are left on the towel.
Finally, which do you prefer; a towel that's been hanging on the rail for a couple of months or a fresh clean one?
For me, I wouldn't say there's even a choice.

bacuse if we leave them some of the dead skin cells which have wiped off onto it can start to grow bacteria because the towel is wet. this causes it to smell. anyway if you use nice fabric conditioner its nice to get out of the shower smelling sweet and sexy and put a nice sweet smelling towel round you bod. I wouldnt want to spend all that timee getting clean and nice smelling to put a cripsy, smelly towels round me that has not ever seen the washing machine PONGY!

The answer to that is in the name. BATH towels therefore you buy them to bath them!!

cuz we love the fresh smell of clean towels & once you`ve used them they aint so fresh

Use yours for a month and smell it. We are clean, but fungus and mildew begins to grow on them and make them smelly. then, we smear that fungus and mildew on our bodies when we want to dry off. Fresh are better.

i would rather wash my towels than dry myself with one my partener used when he got out the bath thanks lol

Because men are physically unable to hang them up so they start to stink!
