Abrahamic, Hindu and Buddhist religions have restrictions on pre-marital sex. This would leave the group of Neo-Pagan religions which cover a broad mixture of religions from Wicca to Hellenistic mystery religions. I am unable to identify what their precise policies are if they exist, but in general nature religions are more permissive than state religions where social control is also a key part of them being accepted.

Catholicism does not allow either. People who call themselves Catholic unfortunately engage in these activities, but they are going against their religion when they do so.

Unitarians are OK with both. The United Church of Christ and the Episcopalian church are also very permissive about them.

It's gotta be Catholic for the first part, since I know several of them that have lived together before marriage.

Since abortion is fairly private, I'm not sure about that part.
