both.
God saved and left me behind so that i can still achieve some things here on earth that pleases Him. i still have some things to do for His sake.
God let eveyone else die and took them home because its time for them to go. they have done what they are supposed to do and its judgement time for them.
whatever the case may be, its all for the better.

I don't know that I would be thinking too much about God, other than sending the one finger salute! Seriously, I think in the moment, I'd be too conflicted. At first I would think that this was a cruel joke, I imagine...then some form of "hey there, gotcha!" kind of punishment, and then I would hope I would come to the conclusion that there was a lesson to learn, and that I lived for a reason, & I would hope that I wouldn't be too wigged out/freaked out/mental to figure out exactly what I was supposed to be doing with the rest of the time I had. I would hope I had the strength & character to live a life that the victims of the crash would be honored to have known. That's a bit schmaltzy sounding though, & if I got to that point, wow, all those years of couch time paid off...(I'd imagine i'd be spending alot of time in a shrink's office if that happened) --- but it is something to aspire to. good question, it made me think.

Whatever happens happens for a reason. I guess I'd believe I had a story to tell now. Wow! Where would I land? On a deserted Island? I guess I'd have more to say if I crashed on an inhabited land.
In the end, I know He'd take me home someday.

I'd believe that God did what he intended it to do.... I don't much question God. Everybody else raises questions enough to keep me busy. And BTW... I'm sort of thinking that in a plane full of people it's likely that not all of them were "going home."

None of the above. I'd believe that the idjits responsible for maintaining the plane were incompetent, and that I'd picked the seat that just happened to be the safest.

if the plane was gonna crash, god would have taken the whole plane in his arms and take them to safety instead of letting them all die and worry about what will happen to their unfinished responsiblities on earth.
Or if god did it... he wouldn't left me alone. He'd have left another survivor to accompany my loneliness.

Our main truest job is to bring Love where Love seems not to be... so what does it matter in which costume of ourselves does the job? The one left here still is needed here to carry out some particular jobs for that and the others went on to their next costumes to continue bringing Love where Love seems not to be.

I've seen this topic treated in movies and books. The survivor somehow feels guilty about not having died. Me, I'd thank my lucky stars.

God has a reason for everything that happens (or does not happen) to us. He has made promises to us in His word. So no matter what happens around us, we have secure knowledge in His plan for us, even if we do not immediately understand what it is.

i in my view want to decline, yet to inform the certainty I do in simple terms no longer understand what i might do in that subject. i think of that the respond i might supply as a hypothetical could take an entire turn face with loss of existence.
