The first rule is never to mess with an ex's friend especially if they still hang together. First off your ex is gonna be a hater and they may be trying to play u. If u like the friend and he has potential and they way he treat u seems ginuine then all i can say is be careful. Guys play more games than girls so if your confused about the new guy's intention then play him like some football. Score, kick a field goal, win and on to defeat another team

Your ex probably IS telling him tons of stuff about you- likely not truthful or flattering.... You may want to steer clear of this situation. If he's hanging around that much, you wouldn't really have an opportunity to build any kind of dating relationship with the new guy. And throwing a football at his head may have felt good, but it didn't LOOK good....

Your ex wants to c u be misable, that is why he wants the best friend to talk to other girls. Go around the best friend when the ex isn't around, and make a move. The more the best friend begins to talk to you the more he will realize how much the ex was wrong about u.

I'm engaged to my ex's former best friend. They are not former because of me--entirely--but they were best friends when I started dating my current.
Your ex sounds like a real jerk. (So is mine.) Just try to get his friend alone sometime--not in a stalker way, of course, but if you happen to see him after school of something, grab him before the friend has a chance.
You could always ask him out the way my fiance asked me--hand him a note and run away...haha!

People usually hang out together because they are alot like. The BF probably is very similar to your ex and you will be dating another kinda strange guy.

First of all, is he your ex's very good friend or just so so? If he isn't his very good friend, he won't believe what he tells him abut you. But, even if he doesn't tell him anything or he doesn't belive what he say, you'll always be worried about it. Why try to put yourself in constant stress? Just move on and look for someone else. Best of luck!

Next time don't share any very personal story with him.
If you new b/f is taking his side and not even talk with you is not worth any attention. Responsible people don't act like that. Get new one not try to keep stupid unmature .
