If enough ice is placed in boiling water it'll cool down. So if millions of people were to enter Hell, wouldn't our comparatively cool bodies soon cool Hell to the point that it's actually comfortable?

That is the most perceptive thought on religion I have read.

You may be right, though the source of all evil seems to be hatred which finds that part of us that is evil and inflames it to the point that we become hotter and not vice versa.

But assuming there is a judgement day then your theory holds a great deal of relevance to that situation when a great number of souls all at once enter Hell and either explode it from having too much evil in one place or quell the flames from not having enough hatred to go around.

Good question.

I guess we will just have to wait and see.

(Uncle Billy) speaks the truth. The Lake of Fire is the Second death...and not another passageway to eternal life of suffering. God is a God of purpose and we humans are the other answer as physical, to the idea of ever living angelics. The great lie was that "you shall not surely die". Then why didn't God just make more spirit beings. It's because they can't die. We can...FOREVER. The alternative? Wonderfull Rewards for the lessons we learn in this life. Weeping and nashing of teeth occur before they are forced on their knees in recognition of the authority of Our Christ, realizing what they are missing out on. then...the figurative end of all things wicked, reserved for the SerpentKind...the Lake of Fire shall end life once and final. Would God allow eternal suffering. NO. Thanx for your question. I hope that the many lives lost will quench the evil of the lightbringer and turn his heart sometime, somefuture miracle. Meanwhile be Hot for the message you have recieved or be Cold...but do not be lazy toward your salvation as your individual hearts convict you that even the demons confess the name of JESUS.

Yeah but you have to remember it would heat back up. You can take a block of ice and add enough heat and it will eventually boil. Also remember that many people in a cold room will raise the temp just from body heat and breathing

lol... sounds scientific... but what if you keep throwing little ice cubes a little by little at a time into a big pile of burning camp fire? the melting ice would be evaporated before it has a chance to extinguish the fire.

not saying that I believe hell exists.

the after life rules are different, people stay alive forever, they don't get sick ... I think same thing will apply, beside I don't think that there are enough people to cool down the hell, it's not called hell for nothing

all that body heat and stench from body odor. Hell probably was a cool 70 degrees until everyone got there. :)

"When Hell freezes over.." :-)

It's actually a simple formula:

47450590 x 98.6F / 48485759034 xya= 5abc + 55cd^2

That should give the resultant temperature of Hell.

actually if everyone brought a fire extinguisher with them it would be easier to put the fires of hell.

well hell is not that fire you might see in this life , the question is to be what if the fire of for example a high furnace was feeded by more huge quantity of dry paper ?!!!!
