You know the butter thing called i can't believe it's not butter? WELL WHAT IS IT?!?!?!?! if it's not butter? or is that just a brand name or is it butter?!?!?!?!?!?! I DON'T GET IT!!!

Its margarine...you know, smells kind of like butter, tastes kind of like butter, but it has a smoother texture. Its made from mainly vegetable oil instead of cream. Its just the brand name. I really can't believe its not butter.

It contains butter milk that's what give it the buttery richness. It is margarine with buttermilk added. The name is self explanatory, someone ate some and said, this is good are you sure it's not butter? The other person said yeah, I'm sure. Back and forth and then it was said "I can't believe it's not butter". The rest is history.

Most of what people often refer to as butter is actuallly margarine, which is mostly fat or congealed oil, flavored to taste like butter. It's only butter if it says 'real butter' on the label.

I can't believe it's not butter is a butter flavored substance so no it's not butter it just tastes like it.

It's margarine, but it does taste a lot like butter, hence the name.
