Hi i used to work in a vets. first of all you need to worm all of them. Kittens carry worms from the Mother. Call you Local Cats Protection Legue. they will be able to help. Otherwise take them to the vets and they will give you a course of wormers for you. The wormer you need is Panacur paste or Milbemax Tablet. Another problem could b dehidration. get a syringe and give them 1/2 ml of water at a time. Dont give the kittens adult food. Get kitten food or even go to the vets and ask for a tin of AD, the more you mix the food the sloppier it gets so you cold syringe it into them. Good lick and let me know how you get on.

If she's vomiting worms it's most likely roundworms. She's is infested with them that's why she is vomiting them up. She has diarrhea because of this. Not only does she have the worms so does her/his siblings. I would bring them to the vet and have the vet check them all so he can give them a dewormer. I would also bring in some of the fecal sample so the vet can check to see if the kittens have other parasites other than the roundworms which is highly probable. Also these are very contagious so after handling the kittens scrub your hands.

if you care enough about the kitten to take it to the vet and pay to see what is wrong with it and get it treated then you can do that otherwise you could look for a new animal shelter and keep the kitten safe and warm until you find a new one. because it is a sick kitten it may not have a very good chance of surviving if the sickness is severe. if the sickness is not so severe then it could just get better on its own.

They are heavily infested with round worms (kinda looks like spaghetti). The best solution is to get them to a vet ASAP. At four weeks old, they will quickly dehydrate from the vomiting and diarrhea, plus the parasites are taking any nutrients away from them, which will also cause death. These babies may not even make it. Poor things.

If you have other pets in the household, keep them clear of the babies, there are microscopic eggs in the vomit and stool and even if you clean it up, if there is another pet in the house, and they step in a small spot, then lick their paw clean, they will be infested soon, too. Please read the link I supplied. They are also zoonotic to human.

Good luck with the babies.

They have roundworms. They need to be treated asap. Then the vomiting and diahrea will stop, and it will begin to use the litterbox. The roundworms are contagious so if you have other animals, make sure they are kept away from the kittens, and hopefully you are washing your hands after handling them. You can get the worms too, if you dont keep your hands clean. Take those kittens to the vet ASAP.

They probably have never seen a litter box, or had cat food or whatever you are feeding them so they will probably be sick from the food alone. the white things could be worms, you are going to have to get them treated for worms and fleas. Call the animla shelter theres probably someone there who will give you some advice.

Many things you can do. Spend the money to VET CHECK THEM, take them to animal control, or home nurse them, possibly with the only result being that thier last hours were spent with someone who cared,,,sigh.

Could be tape worm, etc.

I'll take them,,,sigh again.

Sounds like Coccidia. Look on the internet about it. It is very deadly if not taken care of quickly. Go to your local vet. I work at a vet and we actually just had a kitten die from it and it was very sad. But definatly get the kitten see especially if it is very young.

depending on how old it is..if it is like 6-8 weeks old i would give it a half a teaspoon of kaopectate...no pepto bismol though cause it has aspirin and could kill it...this is just until you can get it to the vet but im sure it would slow down the diarrea

Good God, don't you even know what a tapeworm is? The vet can give you a pill called Doncet to give it. They cost about $6 each and you only need one dose.
