God doesn't have a gender, that's ridiculous! First in the bible it says God made man in His own image BEFORE God took the female parts off of Adam and made Eve. So that implies that God is muli gender... but it still makes me wonder. So here's my question: do you guys think that I'm right?

Here is the answer...read carefully MR CURIOUS!!!
References to God as male did not come into play in the original text of the bible. God was refered to as "neuter" That means that God is God, "he" is not limited by gender. Now, I know this but I still refer to God as he...why? Because there are no terms in most languages that give you the ability to speak in reference to God in any other way but he or she. We could say "it" but that feels disrespectful to me.
As for people thinking you are the anti-christ by questioning the gender of God? They have been influenced by thousands of years of MEN leading Christianity.
So, NO God does not have a gender.

Actually, you have your definitions a bit off. Gender refers to being masculine or feminine. Sex refers to being male or female. "Sex" refers to biology, "Gender" refers to sociology, personality.
And refering to your statement that God made man in "His" image, the only reason it is translated into English that way is because the Hebrew word used is Elohim. Elohim is used because Hebrew has the rule that when refering to a group of males and females, the masculine plural term is used, so really, the phrase could be read as "The gods (plural) made man in THEIR image."
In my opinion, God has no sex, God is neither male or female, but God is both genders, God has a masculine and a feminine side.

It says G-d made man in the image of 'himself'. however he made adam and eve.. 2 different genders... which can explain that G-d was a hermaphrodite.

Of course is a man. God and man are of the same race. This is a trick question though for many so-called Christians. Because virtually every single so-called Christian doesn't believe God has a body--but in order to believe He is male he MUST have a body--otherwise what makes Him male. It is only members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints that actually understand the nature and kind of being God really is. He is male. He holds the priesthood, he is the literal father of our spirits, he has a resurrected body of flesh and bone, and he lives within the family unit--meaning he is married. And if we are true and faithful in all things we, as His children, can become just like Him.
