Just being herself and have really beautiful eyes and a knock out smile that makes my heart skip a beat every time i look at her and a great personality is the number one thing a girl must have to ask me out.

There is a woman in my office who is no great beauty but she's had two guys ask her out in the past 2 weeks. The reason is that she is just so feminine. You can feel it when you are near her. She makes guys tingle including me actually.

A good personality first and foremost. It is also very important that you a) find the person attractive (despite what Disney tells people this one is important), b) enjoy being around and talking to that person, and c) share some common interests with that person.
