how do i get the mark left from sucktion cupping something to your face?

i put a cup on my mouth and sucked it on and it left a really bad mark on my face! should i put anything on it?

No. The mark is caused by some capillary rupturing caused by the negative pressure. It will go away of its own accord in a few days.

If it is like a hickey then there is really nothing you can do! It will go away in a couple of days
