We are painting our condo. We have a cedar wall and a brick fireplace in warm rusts/browns/etc. The rugs and walls are currently what I call an oyster or driftwood colour. What colour would you paint the walls? I would like to have a feature wall of colour as well. What do you think?

i would paint the walls a pale terracotta color then sponge on a rust color over it to give it an aged look. as for your accent wall use a color that will tie all the colors together, or leave your accent wall the driftwood color and art with the color of the aged wall in them.

There are a lot of greens that look beautiful with reddish browns and brick. I suggest you go to http://www.benjaminmoore.com and use the personal color viewer. It's free and you don't have to sign up. You can play around with paint colors using pictures of model rooms.

I love reds and greens-I have both in my home. Depends on your style as to the color of choice. I like country.
