Only other symptoms are breathing difficulities & intermittent chest pain in thorax (mid-chest, in between breast area) region. Normal systolic range is 98-115, but is now 146-150 consistently, with different gauges/monitors. Increase was all-of-a-sudden, not a gradual rise over time.

Pulmonary Function Test recently completed but no results yet. Tech did tell me my expiration readings were bad, but did not improve after nebulizer.

My son and I both have high blood pressure. We are on medication for that. It has been going on for quiet some time now. My doctor told me my high blood pressure was caused by stress. I have been through 2 divorces, lost a wonderful job due to nerves. I couldn't perform my task. My thinking got slower and slower. I had to move in with my dad, etc. Now my son is another story. If I had to assume something it would be that your under stress. If you are, is it a lot more stress since your blood pressure changed for the worse.? You can ask your doctor. That's just what it sounds like to me........Hope you get better!!!!! I need to also add that I believe with with your pressure being that high, you need medication...Please ask your doctor. Don't go by anyone else's or my opinion..

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.
