You have not given enough background for us to give you a substantial answer. I would imagine if he did though, he would offer more. I would relax and seek as much fun out of the relationship as possible. Don't try and force it...give it a chance.

He's probably just hanging out with some of his guy friends instead. That or he's just busy with other stuff. If your worried about your friendship with him, then just talk to him about it.
