I'm not sure that tipping a priest is done - I've never heard of such a thing.
Any time you have a priest performing the service, you will be paying his fee (honourarium). Being polite, you will have invited him to attend the reception afterwards. Whether he attends or not is up to him. Don't feel bad or take offense if he declines.
No tip.

Riyadh (AsiaNews) - (Hat tip to the Curt Jester) A Catholic Indian priest was yesterday forced to leave Saudi Arabia. He was discovered by the religious police as he organized a prayer meeting in the lead-up to Easter. Arrested on 5 April, he remained in police custody for four days and on Saturday 8th April he left for India. The practice of any religion other than Islam is forbidden in Saudi Arabia. Meetings held privately in people's homes, among friends, are also banned.

If you have to pay to be baptised, you are definitely in the wrong church! Although God desires us to freely give tithes and offerings as expressions of worship (the money came from Him anyway), he wants us to give cheerfully, not because we feel obligated and pressured.

$100 seems fair, whereas they do not make much,
and this is a means to thank him personally.
