well, its different between girls and guys. if i walked up to a girl and said that, i'd expect her to say no, and if she said yes, either it be a fake number, otherwise, she be unattractive to me for doing that. however, guys will probably accept that from any girl and willingly give out their numbers, yup.

I'd say thank you for the compliment, but I'll take pass on phone number. I usually say I have a boyfriend or ask for his number if he persists and toss it when he's gone. It's nice to be complimented, makes you feel pretty. But be careful with strangers.

Some times it's hard for a guy to ask an attractive girl out with fear of being rejected.So,if you think he's a nice guy and you think you would like to date him,give him a break and say OK.Meet in a public place and get to know him better.

Thats a way for them to get to know you. It depends, you attracted to them and interested in the conversation you are having? If not, don't give your number and if so, you can give your number or ask for their's so when you are ready you can call them.

I would not give him my number, but I would talk to him and get to know him better.if I like him, after that, then it's OK.Just be careful, remember that he is a stranger. Best wishes
