no. yoga is somethin that is aquried its all about mind body and soul but everyone mind and body isnt the dame some people have the type of body where they need to slowly strech others were they need to pump iron

It helped me and I was not even trying to "do Yoga" I have a friend that teaches it and I went to her classes to check it out and wait for her, after 6-7 times I noticed that the problem in my back (that I always had) was gone. I was shocked. So I kept on going. I do not go any more but the effects were long lasting and I find myself stretching instinctively
