an ongoing issue that can be diagnosed and treated or is it something that is only a symptom during a distinct illness or body trauma? I am not referring to yawning, I am wondering if this is a possible affliction that one can have and needs to be daignosed like low blood sugar?

You could have an Iron deficiency. The Iron in your red blood cells is what holds the Oxygen as your red blood cells then transport it through your body. On the other hand...you might have a more serious lung related problem. Only a doctor can tell you for sure. Please go to one, and don't procrastinate if you need medical help.

Not quite, no. Low oxygen levels in the blood result from illnesses such as Asthma, Angina, Emphysema, Hypertension, etc. It is the result of a problem, not the cause. It isn't a diagnosed condition, but a symptom.

I don't think that it can be diagnoised as low blood sugar. That has to do with glucose levels in the body. Folate-deficiency or anaemia is a possibility, though.
