There's this girl that i knew in highschool since junior year. in junior year, she had a boyfriend, then in senior yeah they broke up and she started to talk to me, which i thought was weird, because by that time i hardly knew her. so we talked and got close to the point that we could share hugs, but i never took the iniative because i was scared that she was too good for me. I mean, i'm an uniteresting guy, with boring interests, i can't dance, never had a girlfriend, and am below average looking. anyway we graduated 2005, and startinf this month, i started to cross paths with her, and it seems like she's still trying to get to know me, however, i still let my fears keep me from truely opening up towards her. what would you do in my shoes?

I know the fear..the fear that you will get hurt. What I think is you just have to trust and love in urself. I say go for her. If you want to. You will never know unless you try.

for starters give yourself some credit if u keep downing yourself things will never happen for u second no one is ever too good for anyone the point is u r a real man u stood by her side and understood her needs in her hard times and that is what makes u better that the rest now get up talk to her over dinner or a walk and start by telling her howu feel but say i have a friend and i need your help then open up to her in the end tell her i must tell u u r so perfect it was hard to tell u but that friend of mine is me and i would like our friendship to grow by dating ect trust me if u was the shoulder for her to cry on then i give u two 1 to 2 yrs and a marriage will come about

Some people like a person for whats inside and whats not on the outside. Maybe she finds you to be interesting. How would you know if your not interesting? Do you like movies, like cars, enjoy history, like sports, old movies?????....... Everybody is interesting in their own way. If you think that this person has a interest in you then ask her. It is best to be open and honest so, you won't be lead on. If she's interested in you find out why. In order for relationship to possibly work is that you must have good communication and be open and honest.

Maybe she just wants a nice, mannered guy who doesn't have to be a knight in shinning armor. You know? You will be perfect for someone whether its her or someone else. Have a little self confidence. Someone who can hold a good conversation and makes a good friend can be a mighty good companion for life too.

You dont sound boring at all! You probably dont know that your personality is unique and that is what attracts this girl. Just be cool and remember that no one is better than anyone else. Dont think that you aren't good enough. You are for anyone. sweetheart aww just open up. How cute. I hope yall at least go on one date or make out or something!

First, change your attitude about yourself. YOU might think you're not interesting and below average looking but she doesn't share your opinion of you. Others probably don't, either.
So give her some credit for having exceptionally good taste in men and take her out! :)

Let it happen. She probably likes you for who you are. Be yourself and try it. If you don't, you'll never know for sure. Why question why she likes you? You have to have self esteem, its attractive and understand that someone out there does like you and just let it happen and see where it goes.

She's obviously interested in you. I would talk to her and not be so weary on why she's talking to you. Maybe you're being hard on yourself. She probably likes you for who you are.
