Accepting things and people the way they are and appreciating them that way instead of wanting things to be different or live up to some artificial expectation you have.
Living in the now and trying to keep your thoughts in the now.
Knowing that all things pass, good times hard times everything changes if you're going through a hard time just try to sit it out and know it will pass.

sing ... walk in the fields .. read a good uplifting book or watch a good uplifting film .. sing again lol .. dance a little
do all those silly things when no one is looking
be child like ( not childish )
and sing again lol
the more you put positive actions into place .. your brain will start to use them normally .. its just replacing the negative thoughts with good ones
like a path we know well ... we can travel without looking
in our depression .. we know that path .. we go along it without thinking
we have to take a new path ... and walk it each day .. until we know it as well as the other path
and one day , you will walk it without looking ... that new positive path xxx

Exercise, chocolate, avocados, and prescribed medication. These things stimulate the brain and create a chemical this is not being produced naturally.
