Rub the hands together til they're saw. Saw the chair in half. 2 halves make a whole. Climb through the hole. Shout til you're hoarse. Climb on it and ride away.

He either uses the chair to get though the wall or there is no roof and he use's the chair to climb over the wall

He saw the chair, so he took the saw and cut the chair in half, two halves make a whole so he crawled out the w(hole).
