I don't know whether it's friendly or if he really likes me as much as I like him. I want to tell him that I like him, and if he does what should I say?

Well, first thing you need to realize is school is for learning, not carnal satisfaction. Worry about putting things into your head before you think about what to put south of the border. secondly, you got friends to talk this over with on the weekends. Why don't you go do so and leave this site for the more serious adults.
