I noticed a couple symptoms yesterday.. tired, achey, i could feel a stuffy nose coming on, also, i got goosebumps when i was warm. and today my hands started lightly tingling. is this normal? does it sound like i'm gonna have a bad flu?

Usually tingling hands are due to bad circulation, not the flu.

I know when my hands go numb it's because my neck is out, and pinching a nerve. And when your feet go numb it's because your lower back is out.
I have never had the flu or a cold that has ever caused any numbness in my hands.
