ICING
1 STICK BUTTER
1 TSP. VANILLA
2 CUPS. POWDERED SUGAR
1(8OZ.) PKG. CREAM CHEESE
BEAT UNTIL CREAMY.
this is the recipe that I use with my butter pecan cake.

mix half n half drop by drop into some (start with about a cup) xxx confectioners sugar
to this, you can add any flavoring you like (if you wish). The trick is the "drop by drop" part.
you did say "icing," right?
