ENGLISH ROSE TEA
1/2 cup dried red rose petals
2 tablespoons dried lemon balm
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
Mix well. Use 1 teaspoon for each cup.
ROSE PETAL TEA
2 cups freshly picked petals of dark red roses
1 litre water
honey
Place washed petals in a teapot. Pour in the boiling water, cover and leave the tea to brew for 10 minutes. Serve this tea hot or iced, with honey to enhance the delicate taste.

ROSE PETAL TEA
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
1-1/2 CUPS fresh rose petals
3 CUPS water
honey to taste
DIRECTIONS
Strip the flower gently under running water then place the petals in a saucepan.
Cover with the water and boil for 5 minutes, or until the petals become discolored.
Strain into teacups and add honey to taste.

Second get a bike
Third start pedaling while holding a cup of tea.
If that seems hard...
add a drop of rosewater (lebanese stores) to your cup o tea
