What if you found out that one of your friends liked you a lot and i mean a lot but he wasnt that good looking, but he promised to treat you like a queen and love you till you die and after that too.

Well, I can't lie. There has to be some sort of physical attraction first and I think that goes the same for most people. It's not being shallow, it's being honest. Second and most importantly is their personality and what lies underneath the surface. Sometimes an ugly heart can make a beautiful person seem hideous on the outside and vise versa.

I would say that is all a bunch of meaningless teenager promises. If you only like him as a friend then like him as a friend. Pretending does not work and is not fair!

well, Unfortunately people do care about looks. So if she knows what true love is she would go for it. And if she doesn't want you someone else will, Besides you can do better than trying to get someone to love you

it depends on the freind, and if i liked him back. i wouldnt go out with him just cuz he liked me , if i didnt like him back, no matter if he has a six pack and a cute hair cut or nerd with glasses.it would also depend if it would ruin our friendship by being a couple, cuz things could get waaaaayy, way akward

well, being my nonconformist self, I'd probably go on 1 or 2 dates with him to give him a chance to prove himself, and make a plan of action based on that.

That's actualy what's going on right now.... I don't like him he is shoter than me and is fat.But if I was into that and loved him back then I would totally go for it!
