I Want to animate words that flash and move in my pictures.....?

I know how to make the pictures move but i want words to move inside a picture while the picture stays still.....Freeware downloads only please.....It will be greatly appreciated.

Yes go to flaming text it is awsome you can make your words spin,jump,burn,glow etc
