when I was very nausious during pregnancy with twins, a nutritionist suggested ginger root in tea. She also said some people felt better with cola and potato chips!
There are some medicines you need a prescription for. One is an enema.

Dramamine OTC works great for nausea, eating saltine crackers is effective too. If your nausea is severe, and these things don't work.....I would ask my Dr. for something. Good Luck.

you can buy wrist bands that press the pressure point to stop nausea. they worked for me with morning sickness. or you can take Dramamine pills but if the nausea is due to pregnancy you should talk to your doctor before taking any medication

You are taking food that may be the reason since itmight have some bacteria.
Take Veg food without spices.
Drink orange/sweet lemon juice
WALK AFTER EATING.

It depends on your situation, If you are pregnant there is nothing you can do but sleep it off, but anything else Water and Saltine Crackers.
