we have been going out for 2 months, (we are both in high school), and we have hugged a lot, and kissed, and made-out a lot, and we hold hands everyday, and when he goes to hug me and kiss me, he puts his hands around my waste and not on my butt.. he has never done this... and i mean i kinda want him to.. so what should i do to get him to do this??

You have your whole life to be intimate. Appreciate the fact that he isn't maulling you or pressuring you. If you are still in high school, I'm sure you are anxious to experience lots of things that sound like a good idea, take it from a 35 year old woman, SLOW DOWN. Enjoy your youth and take your time. unless your ready to go all the way with this boy ( witch at your age is really not a good idea) dont push the issue or you could be getting your self into something that is over your head. 2 months isnt really all that long. if you get into a more sexual situatin he could turn out to be really controlling or much worse. get to know this dude before you take it to another level. and if his friend or this boy doesnt like it he wasnt worth the time. theres lots of nice guys out there.
