Someone who does the ordering for a major retail grocery chain would probably have the most accurate information.
So I shall speak from personal experience: in our house, grains (bread/cereal/peanut butter/chips) followed by dairy, then the components of salad, fruit up next, then the most frequent meat we have is fish then chicken. Pork or beef would be in the range of once or twice a month.
