You are building up acids in your body produced as a by product when you eat meat, your body isn't able to break it down properly. The foot condition is called gout, it is when tiny sharp crystals get stuck in your capillaries in your feet and legs. Its very painful if it becomes worse, you might not even be able to walk. The urinary infections are caused by the same problem, the tiny crystals can make urination extremely painful and may build up into kidney stones. Cranberry juice will help you because they break down the crystals. however if you let it get worse you may still get a kidney stone. You need to exercise more, eat less red meat and rich fatty sweets. I'm taking an all natural mineral supplement that works wonders, it gives you more energy, clears your blood of harmful toxins (like the crystals), is easy to take and $25 for a month supply. Doctors can prescribe medications to help, but the problem will not go away permanently. Your body needs the right building blocks in order to heal itself. email me for more info, in a month or two and you could cure yourself before you get into a more painful/serious problem.
