if ur bf really loves u he wont care wwhat u give him. just buy him something small and he wont mind. its better if u just spend the whole day with him...and enjoy togehter i think he would like htat more better than any present. DOnt freak! figure out sumthin he really likes that simple...like does he love chocolate, or a particular sport? etc. do sumthin relatted to hima dn just have fun with him and invite all his friends and throw a party or sumthin. i'm sure he will love watever u do and it doesn't ahve to be expensive! Are you creative? If you have been friends with him, you can make something creative for him such as a collage or a movie. A lot of guys like flowers, so that woild work to. Surprise him--decorate his locker, give him balloons...give him something meaningful. If you are a writer, write him a poem, a song, make up a dance (sounds cheesy but it works). Give him something that you know will mean a lot to him. If you want to spend money, buy him something you know he'll love...list some of his interests if you would like, and I will help you with that. good luck!

One of the nicest gifts I ever got cost absolutely no money at all !
It was 6 envelopes, inside each one was a piece of paper. Each piece of paper had a promise on it - for example, one said - I promise to give you a massage now, another said - I will do your ironing, another said - a big wet kiss. Get the idea?
Don't promise difficult things, just things that he (and hopefully you) like.

Well, if you get him a card, be sure it already has a great message on it, so all you have to do is sign your name....
If he likes music - get him a CD that he has been eyeing.. bring him out to dinner - or make him dinner and then out for birthday cake. Make his favourite meal!!
