The fastest way is to go to Carmax.. they'll buy it on the spot.

Take the car to an independent used car dealer,or to Carmax.

You will get the real wholesale price for your vehicle!!

Put an ad on craigslist.com (free) or in your local newspaper classified ads. Be careful because there are scammers who pretend to be interested in your car but will get your money instead. See this article:
