You should not have sex with her. She is younger than you, therefore it should be your responsibility to keep her pure, and away from situations like that. Plus, you shouldnt even think of putting her into such situations, what if she doesn't want to? That's going to make everything extremely awkward, and she will most likely feel pressured and unsafe with you for a while.
So, I say, dont do it.
