Use olive oil on your scalp leave it for about 30 min then wash your hair with warm water. Do that once a month and you'll never see flakes in your hair again.Flakes are caused by dry scalp and is not treated permanently by anti-dandruff shampoo's.

NO NO NO all of the answeres that were just given to you are correct in a way. But to get rid of it fast trust me and follow the advice I am about to give. I used to have dandruff bad and I didnt know how to get rid of it. Buy a hair dye the same color as your current hair that "HAS" ammonia in it and dye your hair. It will kill everything quick. Leave it in 30 min then rinse it out good and wash immediately with a moisturizing shampoo. That is the only way my dermetologist said to kill it quick and it works. I havent had dandruff in 2 years since I did that. If you dont want to change your hair color buy the exact same color as your current hair. It works trust me.

Wash hair with Nizoral shampoo twice
Clean brush with Nizoral before using it again.
Repeat next day.

Me too... It gets all over my eyebrows, glasses, and clothes. Gross. I read this in a book from the library, and I haven't tried it yet because I can't find any heavy cream. 1c heavy cream, beaten until fluffy Massage in scalp. Leave for 5-10 minutes. Rinse with cool water.

buy small bottle of virgin olive oil satuarate the hair and scalp message it in well step 2 cover head with tin foil leave on for 2 hours then take off then shampoo with head and shoulders.try it .
