My ex hasn't called me since we've broken up, says HI to me when we run into each other. He's really close to his mom n still talks to her about me. Still has our picture up in the same place, got a tattoo that i gave him and introduced him to after we broke up. Ran into him in the club the other night (haven't talked to him in 4 wks) Texted him, he said he's outside. We went to the side and talked. I told him that I wanted to make this work. He said that he's not against it but it would take time. He's been in his comfort zone for 3 years, hadn't had a girlfriend until he met me. I asked if he was talking to anybody and he said, there is a girl that he kinda is. I told him then that I don't want to mess anything up with you and her if thats who you want to be with, and he said if I wanted to be with her I would, you are my first choice. I asked him about the tattoo and about not calling me. It was a good converstation, but I don't know where to go from here

Guys are usually totally clueless with their first girlfriends. It seems like he's still in his learning stages. Being with someone in their first relationship is usually quite hard, but can be a lot of fun and rewarding as you grow together.

I agree with some of the people who've said that this guy still needs a lot of work. You can probably tell he's still in a vulnerable state right now. He needs someone to talk to, besides his mother, and it's easy to talk to members of the opposite sex to figure these things out. However, the longer this goes on, there is more of a chance that this fish will get hooked to something else.

In one of my previous answers, I've mentioned that no one except you and your significant other can say whether or not you two belong to each other. You will probably want to figure out what you need/want and you don't need/want out of him or any guy you want such a relationship with. He should also do the same.

There will be things that you two can agree on, which is great. There will be things that you will not agree on, which means sacrifices need to be made (depending on how serious the disagreement is). If making such sacrifices are not realistic, then it probably isn't meant to be. Any arguments you have shouldn't be about how one person or the other is wrong. It should be about understanding each other and doing something different in the future to avoid those negative feelings.

Since you and him have a positive momentum, try to run with it. If he can't learn from his mistakes and you can't learn from yours, then you two should probably head in seperate directions.

Right now he still love you...but dont wanna be with you.Maybe..you've hurted him so bad.He needs time.Meanwhile u'd better not be too close, but also not be too far. If you really wanna make it work, then give him time. Smile...there's still hope!

sounds like he isn't sure of what he wants. or hes just playing with you. don't wait around for him. tell him how you feel but then leave it alone. let him come to you. don't let him mess with your head
