I told this girl I know that I love her. She told me she loved me as a friend so I accepted that. That was about a 2 weeks, I don't pay much attention to her now and it seems like she is chasing me again, always trying to make eye contact. Am I reading to much into this.

Maybe she didn't think about you that way before but maybe now she got to thinking and would like to give it a try.

Maybe she was to nervous to tell you hw she really felt. Either that or she just realized that she really loves you to. It could also be that se still wants to be friends or that she wants you to not feel bad. You pick which one fits best.

Just ask her out..the love part seems to be thrown in there very very early. The guy above me is right, you want what you cna't have.
