The Circle-A is almost certainly the best-known present-day symbol for anarchy. It is a monogram that consists of the capital letter "A" surrounded by the capital letter "O". The letter "A" is derived from the first letter of "anarchy" or "anarchism" in most European languages and is the same in both Latin and Cyrillic scripts. The "O" stands for order. Together they stand for "Anarchy is Order" the first part of a Proudhon quote.

various meanings.. an actual A?
or an A without the crossbar?

a chevron up can mean divinity, or male..
circled can mean a condom..`shrugs
is the circle evenly spaced?

been looking into symbology alot lately;
symbols can mean anything - depends more on what the people meant by it when it was created... if there's multiple things, then they could've/probably (with mason affiliations) meant them all.
if anyone has a GOOD link to symbology (other than symbols.com) lemme know.

Some think it symbolizes satan. If there are no recognized laws, including God's, then the world's a sinner's paradise.

The website author below doesn't think the anarchist symbol is satanic. (I agree with this one. I don't think anarchists are satanists.)
