Hard to suggest a name that fits her personality when you don't give a clue as to her personality!
We had a b/w budgie who we called Billie - she used to bob her head and say "Billie, Billie, Billie, Billie, Billie" whilst swaying on her perch.
She was so cute - and so full of herself!
We loved her dearly and I would be proud if you chose her name for your little girl.
