If u put U in " D_FFER", u will get duffer and like wise if u put U in all of the blanks u will also get stupid and ghonchu. Ghonchu means same as duffer and stupid. All of the listed words have the same meaning ,they are synonyms of each other. I think its a joke, just to make u laugh. Or may be u did something that made her think that u r stupid. It can be anything. Why don't u ask ur bhabhi?

see wat I've done to ur shaayari - I've filled the blank spaces with "u". Without "u" it would've been incomplete - so "u" see how important "u" are for the sender tht she can't use wrds like stupid, ghonchu, dumbo, and duffer without "u".
I suppose ur bhabhi sent it just 4 fun - and - it has no inner meaning - chill.
Ghonchu means duffer only.

I THINK YOUR BHABHI IS VERY MUCH FOND OF YOU AND JUST TO MAKE FUN OF YOU SHE HAS CALLED YOU DUFFER, STUPID OR EVEN GHONCHU. ALL THESE WORDS NEEDED 'U' TO COMPLETE, LIKE THAT HER LIFE IS COMPLETED ,ONLY WITH HER 'STUPID' BROTHER IN LAW.
