I am very creative, but when I start a project I get bored very easily even when I love what I do. Could be any disease? Even when I was having jobs, after 2-3 years I got tired and needed a change. Is there any answer to that.

Attention Deficit Disorder maybe?? I have that same problem except I don't quit jobs. It is very hard for me to stay focused it there are no constantly changing fireworks. Practice patience. I had to pray for it and it came. I still have incomplete projects at home and find myself daydreaming at meetings, but for the most part, I can easily get back on track.

It sounds like you are gifted with thinking up ideas, sometimes enjoy doing it...........however, you get tired of the routine parts that take time to accomplish something. Can you try listening to some music or learning tapes/CD's while going thru the mundane.

They are projects/chores that most of us must face and have to work thru the boring part to achieve the goal.

Some people are more wired this way....Great on the ideas...but not as great on carrying out the actual process.

I don't think you have a disease. I believe you might need more stimulation than some people and have difficulty with routine/repeated processes.

Sometimes designers or a supervisor can be like that. They can come up with the ideas, understand what is needed to execute the project, but need to pass the process on to those who can handle the rest of the completion better.

Another thing, just try finishing up one project instead of several.
Make it a smaller one, work thru it as diligently as possible, and pat yourself on the back for sticking it thru. Besides the project being completed, you'll have exercised determination and patience more.

Best wishes.
