Figure out why you have such low self esteem as you don't feel that you DESERVE someone who treats you well.
The problem in this relationship is with YOU. You know he is bad for you and you stay. That is why there are so many divorces. People stay with people they shouldn't.

RUN...now while you still can....and don't look back. There is a good man out there for you.

Sweetie,

turn around and run as fast as you can. Delete any e-mails from him, phone numbers, etc. I know this is very hard, but it's for the best. Those type of men do not change on their own (they need counseling) and abuse gets worse as time goes by.

Go out with your buddies and meet some new friends, keep yourself busy as much as possible.

Find a buddy that will be there for you and when you feel like calling him, call your other friend instead.

Yes, time will heal all wounds and before you now it, you will wonder why you put up with so much.

You are too valuable to be treated this way.

Maybe you feel bad about yourself and expect to be treated that same way. When someone treats you badly, but still spends time with you, you might find it familiar and right. In fact, you don't deserve this. Everyone is worth being cherished.

It's a long and difficult journey to get to where you can forgive your weaknesses and celebrate your strengths, but you should start now. Imagine how Madonna (or some other woman you respect) would react and do exactly that.

Good luck and keep your chin up.

hmm...you know, I know EXACTLY how you feel!! This has happened to me.

The best advice that I can give you is to replace him with someone else...or find a hobby for yourself. You need something that will completely occupy your mind and your time.

You can also write yourself affirmations...or little sayings and repeat them to yourself until you believe them...over and over...just keep repating them everyday...things like...

"You do not have control of me. I am in charge of myself."

"You are the kind of person who abandons their closest friends
in times of need."

"I do not need you...not today...not ever. You are a jerk who has let many people down."

I would also recommend that you read Venus Andrecht's book called "Certain Men: How to Un-love Them, Un-Need Them, and Replace Them with a Good Guy."

Don't waste any more time on this loser. Good luck!

I know the feeling. Try talking to other guys as friends and hanging out with other friends. Try to have lots of fun to forget about him. There is a good guy out there for you but you won't be able to find him if you're stuck with this one. I know how it is and it is easier said then done but good luck to you!!!

Respect yourself and realize that you deserve to be treated like a princess. Respect yourself and get yourself away from someone who treats you badly.

Come on, you know exactly what to do. What would you want your daughter to do? Its time to cowgirl up and be a real woman.

For some reason, maybe you find him sexy cuz he is dangerous. Watch out for this, sexy and dangerous is not always sexy sometimes its just plain dangerous. Good luck.
