Next time, stop and ask yourself where is the first place I would normally look for whatever. Then don't look there. Pick the last place you'd look, and look there first. Works every time.

because there is a leprechaun in your house that keeps moving what you're looking for, leprechauns are mischievous rather than evil and they have naughty quotas to meet. Even leprechauns have to sleep sometimes, so that's when you find it, even though you know you already looked there. The claim that the last place you look where it is because once you've found you stop looking is completely false government propaganda.

because if it's not in the first place you look then it's not there. If you find it, then you don't have to look anymore, and then the place you found it was the last place you looked.

every thing is in the last plaec you look because you always look every were you think it is and then you look for it in places you wont think about looking and after you find it will be the last place you look for it.
