Velveeta cheese makes the best grilled cheese sandwiches. It can be used in any recipe that calls for cheese. My sister cuts it in chunks with a jar of pace picante salsa and microwaves until melted, Nachos. Add some to a cup of milk and you have a cheese soup.

We make a green bean casserole. 1 pound of fresh green beans, steam them until crisp-tender. 1/3 pound of Velveeta, diced, 1 can of creamo mushroom soup, 1 box of Stove-Top stuffing, 1 head of cauliflower (steamed).
Put everything in a casserole dish except the stove-top. Mix. Put the dry stove-top on top. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Yum-O!

For a side dish: cut up potatoes into cubes. Put into microwave safe dish, add cubed velvetta and a couple pats of butter. Put lid on and mic for 5 - 10 mins (or whenever the potatoes are soft). My ex-hubby's step-mother used to make this all the time!!! I fell in love the 1st time!!!
